Fallen Into Truth

Sometimes in life we don't want to see the truth of what is right before our eyes because it is so difficult to embrace. So instead the world decides to push us head on into it anyway, so that we will be forced to grow and move through it. That is how I felt ~ literally as if I was falling through a void and landing hard into the truth.
~Words and Music by Kim Baker~
My life moves west with the wind
And here I stand my friend
I ease down this gravel path again
This time I walk alone, away from blowing sin
My heart pounds out the truth
(falling and a falling into truth)
There's not much that I can do
(falling and a falling into you)
My awakening soul new
(falling and a falling into truth)
I've fallen into truth
I ease through to dawn's gentle light
And I let go?
Don't you know, the canyon's depth and its meaning!
Or am I the only one again, who feels the moonlight bleeding
My heart pounds out the truth
(falling and a falling into truth)
There's not much that I can do
(falling and a falling into you)
My awakening soul new
(falling and a falling into truth)
I've fallen into truth
So here I go again
Feels like I'm on merry-go-round number ten
Round and round we go
Where I'll stop, I just don't know
My heart pounds out the truth
(falling and a falling into truth)
There's not much that I can do
(falling and a falling into you)
My awakening soul new
(falling and a falling into truth)
I've fallen into truth
I've fallen into truth
I've fallen into truth
I've fallen into truth
